Patience" is a song by the American hard rock group Guns N' Roses, which appears on the album GN' R Lies and was released as a single in 1989. The song peaked at number four on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. The song is played using three acoustic guitars, and was recorded in a single session by producer Mike Clink. A music video of the song was shot and appears on the band's music video DVD, Welcome to the Videos. The music and lyrics were written by rhythm guitarist and founding member, Izzy Stradlin. The motivation for the track is generally accepted to be the troublesome relationship between Axl Rose and now ex-wife Erin Everly, though this was never stated in the album or interviews. Hrithik visited Shirdi Saibaba mandir to seek blessings for the success of his upcoming release Kites, Hrithik yelled at the media for having invaded his family's privacy and had to be restrained by director-father Rakesh Roshan after he was provoked by media.
"Visited Shirdi this morning, a family tradition before each release since decades. Dad, mom, Su (wife Sussane) and me. But today was different... it took effort to pray with 30 media cameras feeding off every private moment... tried to feel peace... couldn't," Hrithik posted on his twitter page.
Later Hrithik again tweeted saying, For d (the) first time in 10 years as an actor, today I felt my privacy being invaded. What they did was wrong. But I wish I could've risen above and given them all a big hug. We're all human, we're all the same. Only love can heal...," the 36-year-old said.
Kites is produced by his father Rakesh Roshan and is distributed by Reliance Big Pictures. It will release May 21 in over 60 countries.
