This is the exact same thing as my youtube "picture", like I said, except in that one I used OCC Citrus glitter, it was green and I used MAC's Storm Watch for the dark blue/green. Same method different colors!
p.s. in the photos at the end are Xenia from http://www.doedeereblogazine.com & my dearest and one and only Shandra Jade, we went to the mac event together and then met up Xenia & friends after!
